All Kat Germosen garments are available for pulls.

As security, Kat Germosen will take a credit card number. Any lost, unreturned or damaged items will be invoiced accordingly at full retail price to the credit card.

• The Stylist/ Puller: is aware that samples are for the sole purpose of editorial shoots, video shoots, film, red carpet events.

• Is solely responsible for the care of the piece(s) pulled from Kat Germosen.

• Takes full financial responsibility and agree to pay in full, the retail price of the item(s) borrowed should any be damaged, lost or stolen (Retail prices are listed in the product description of each garment on our website www.katgermosen.com)

• Is aware that all piece(s) must be returned to the same condition in which they were received.

• Is aware that a $50/day Late Fee will assess for each day past the return date.
• Is aware that if the piece(s) that were pulled are not returned within 30 days of the pull return date, legal actions will be taken.

• Will credit @katgermosen handle in all works in which piece(s) are used, including but not limited to, social posts with a mention in the caption.

• Has the option to purchase piece(s) used in styling at retail price, if desired.
